Shop Policies

 Welcome!
Every item in my shop is designed, cut and handmade by myself.

I use brand new, vintage, and re-used textiles of the highest quality. All fabrics are laundered prior to use to ensure they are pre-shrunk and colourfast.

 Please note my items are one-offs. Should you wish to place a custom order I am happy to reproduce a style, and you will be notified when completion can be expected. Please email me to discuss your custom order.

Where appropriate, your chosen  purchase will be wrapped in white tissue and ribbon, before it is placed in the delivery packaging. 

 Payment

Dar Msallema is a registered user of Paypal, and you must have an account with PayPal to buy via this method. Alternatively, you may pay by credit or debit card - details are at the checkout.

Currency and conversions

All listings on Dar Msallema are in Sterling - British Pound. If you pay by PayPal, (or credit card via PayPal ), then PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion.

 You will receive an email confirming your order upon receipt, usually within 24 hours.

Shipping
I endeavour to process and despatch most orders within a few working days of email confirmation, and after payment has cleared, by Royal Mail - First Class, (Recorded Delivery 70p extra by arrangement) within the United Kingdom.

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, subject to the same terms above.
If you require your purchase to be insured during transit, please contact me and this can be arranged for an extra fee.

Delivery costs are calculated individually for each product.

Please note I do not sell items for children in the U.S.A.          

I do not mail items to Spain and Canada.

Refunds and Exchanges
However, if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please return it within 10 days of purchase, unused and undamaged, in it's original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Please inform me by email that you will be returning the item prior to posting, and obtain evidence of posting.
Your PayPal account will be refunded for the cost of the item after I have received and checked the returned package.

Privacy and security rights are taken seriously. Any personal information gathered during the course of trading is kept strictly confidential, and will not be divulged to third parties.
